Do you have a weather forecating system that can predict the rainfall and flooding seven days in advcance before rainfall and flood comes to a specific area?

MET Malaysia has gotten better over the years. The statistics are showing 80% accuracy at seven days. But keep in mind, there are a lot of variables that affect what actually happens on the ground at specific locations. Thanks for reading. Hope this helps.
